HandoverBoard

For warehouse and logistics teams

Shift handover for warehouses — unfinished work and exceptions passed on clearly

In a warehouse the shift changes, but loads, damages and pending shipments keep going. HandoverBoard collects the exceptions on one shared board, so the next shift doesn't have to chase anyone to find out what happened.

Inbound load only half unloaded

The truck arrived late and half the pallets are still on it. The note says which pallets were checked and where the rest are waiting.

Damaged or missing stock

Crushed boxes on a pallet, or a count that doesn't match. Add a photo straight to the note so the next shift sees the situation and can carry on.

Forklift or equipment out of service

A forklift battery won't charge or a conveyor keeps jamming. A pinned note stays at the top of the board until someone marks it done.

Urgent shipments and collections

A customer order has to go out on tomorrow's first run. Address the note to the morning shift, and the "Are these done?" pile keeps open items in view.

How HandoverBoard fits warehouse shifts

  • Works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers — no app installs.
  • Address a note to a shift or a person, and pin the most important ones to the top.
  • Comments keep the follow-up on one exception in one place from shift to shift.
  • Finished notes move to the archive, so you can check later what was done and when.

Try it with your team

No accounts, no app installs — one shared access code for the whole team.
